Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, unworn items can be returned for size change or refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

To request a return authorization, you must send an email to info@www.miaso.it within 4 days of delivery of the goods indicating the order number, the items to be returned and the reason why you are returning them. Once the procedure has been completed, Miasō will send a confirmation by e-mail with the return authorization number (RAN) and the return form with the instructions to be respected to return the goods. The return shipping costs are charged to the buyer.

You will need to write the RAN in the return form, fill it in and insert it in the return package

The items must be shipped inside the Miasō box or packaging.

Remember that the return can only be shipped from the country where you received the order. If you have shipped from a different country, it will be blocked at customs.

SIZE CHANGE

It is possible to change only for a different size or a different color of the same item, if available.

REIMBURSEMENT

The refund will be made as soon as the return arrives at the Miasō headquarters and after verifying the integrity of the items.

There are 2 types of compensations:

Orders paid by credit card: the amount will be refunded and will be available in about 10 days. It will still be visible on the next card statement.

The timing may vary slightly depending on the banking system of the credit card used.

Orders paid by bank transfer: the amount will be returned to the original account.

The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in amount due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded.

DEFECTIVE GOODS OR SHIPPING ERRORS

In the event that you have received defective goods, or there have been shipping errors by Miasō, follow the same instructions as above. Miasō reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing the return for defective goods and bear the shipping costs for returning the goods to the company.

Miasō also reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with all the conditions provided. In these cases, the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address. The eventual acceptance of such returns, however, entails a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods.

For all aspects not specifically expressed, the European legislation for distance trading is valid.
